Identity Related: first name, last name, username, email, telephone number, company name, company role, country of residence, how you heard about us, and trading/investing experience. Our courses/training programs are used by individual and professional investors/traders, thus knowing company name and role are relevant to some specific services provided. Additional identity data for Traders Institute® applies to university staff and students such as: university or institution name, university course name, year of study, year of graduation, and employment preferences.
Transaction Related: typical information given when subscribing to our services such as: name, mailing address, telephone number, Credit Card number and expiration date, PayPal details, Stripe details, etc. In addition, payment providers need country of residence data for tax payment purposes. Please note that your information is encrypted by Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and high compliance standards.
Profile Data: includes orders/purchases, your user name, your password, market interests, feedback and survey data, and customer support data.
Usage Data: includes information pertaining how you use our website, services and products. This data is for statistical and business improvement reasons and is collected in the aggregate. This is not personal data since by law Aggregated Data does not directly or indirectly reveal your identity.

As a company, we are very conscious regarding data privacy. Our priority on data protection means we try to limit where possible the use of third-parties. For example, our CRM (customer relationship management system) was chosen since the data is local and not transferred to a third party.
